About the Journal
Journal of Legal and Social Changes (JLSC) is a double-blind, peer-reviewed, open-access journal established by SCIENTEA PLUS CORP.
JLSC aims to publish manuscripts of high-quality research as well as conceptual analysis that studies specific fields of law, with a focus on ratio decidendi from developing countries. The journal covers various perspectives of legal reasoning, including criminal law, civil law, commercial law, customary law, religious law, and state administration. It has one volume with two issues per year (May November).
JLSC accepts submissions from all over the world. All submitted articles must be written in English, have never been published elsewhere, are original, and are not under consideration for other publications. To ensure academic integrity, the JLSC Editorial Board screens plagiarism using the Turnitin Program. If plagiarism exceeds 15%, the manuscript will be automatically rejected.
JLSC is indexed in Google Scholar, Crossref, Garuda, and SINTA. JLSC is also a member of [LPPI/Forjakum/ILJH]. Additionally, JLSC collaborates with The Translator to enhance the language quality of submitted articles through both translation and proofreading services.
